Managing Calls on Child Apple Watch with Family Setup

I do not see anyway to control what spam, and random calls my son’s Apple Watch receives. What options are there to manage incoming calls? This is a Apple Watch series 5, set up with Family setup from my iPhone.

This current state seems to be a huge miss for security and safety for children with this new Family Setup rollout.
