I have an old ipad in which the battery is dying. Picked up a new one, OS14.1 on both and tried to transfer data but something happened and it failed. How do I get back the setup on the new one? I have tried to google instructions but get lost when I am supposed to enter my password on both ipads. Doesn't work. Help, please and thank you! I also don't know where to go on the old ipad to get messages? Why do I have two Ipads listed in my directory? Very confused right now!
