Can’t Purchase anything on game “June Journey”

I have had this problem now several times in the last several months. I understand it’s a supposed security issue but it is me that try’s to purchase in app options in a game and it says “your purchase could not be completed”. And to ask for assistance on apple/iTunes/support.
