A senior technician from Apple today told me it was probably a software issue since I ad reset my network settings, no one else in my household has the problem I'm having because neither of them updated to iOS 14 yet

What did your carrier say when you called them about the problem?

If the calls do not appear when you go to Phone/Recents on your iPhone that means the problem is in the carrier’s network; the call isn’t being sent to your phone. You need to work with the carrier to fix it. The ring sound a caller hears does not come from your phone or even your network; it actually originates on the network switch at the caller’s end of the call.

No problem at all. I just finished a 1 hour call.

Well that's great, but it doesn't actually solve the problem. That was really nice of your carrier though.

I’m having the exact same issue

Same problem for me. It was working perfectly until I updated to iOS 14, and now even though it's all enabled, it just never shows as Wifi-calling in the status bar anymore. This is a real issue for me because I have no cell signal in my office and I relied on this feature.

I thought that the issue was resolved when my software upgraded to 14.3 but it seems to be back to intermittent again..it went from intermittent to constant (14.2), upgraded to 14.3 and it worked for a day, next day it works until a phone call later in the day - dropped twice, then worked again. Today dropped again but only once but the issue w calling my phone again happened today. It's really frustrating

Well, I still believe you need to work with your carrier since they are responsible for wij-fi calling. It could be something on their end.
