Bluetooth connection dropping - iPhone 11

Hi,

I am having some issues with my Bluetooth.

When I'm connected to speakers etc. it intermittently will drop in and out.

It will play again straight after, but it's enough to notice the sound is cutting.

Has anyone else had this problem with their iPhone 11 / have any suggestions for fixes?

Speaker randomly turns off during phone call after updating to iOS 16.2 my iPhone 10 XR now after updating the iOS whenever I use the speaker, it randomly turns off multiple times. I’ve turned off the Bluetooth and have restarted the phone. Nothing helps.
