Logitech C920x Pro HD Webcam

Updating on this webcam. I'm on Mojave 10.14.6, mid 2014 Macbook Pro. Looked at various tools to unlock access to webcam settings. Was able to download "Logi Capture.app" from Logitech, which works fine for me even though it is labeled as Beta for Mac.

Although Logitech states you should have a more recent (2018 or later) Mac to record in HD with this webcam, I had no problem doing short movie recordings. Also they recommend USB 3 port for this setting but my USB 2 worked fine. Have not done very long recordings. Was able to adjust frame rate, zoom, resolution, brightness, contrast, etc. Via Logitech account, I unlocked the extra filters which helped me balance whiteouts on my face from bright overhead spotlights in my room.

Tested autofocus and was able to get decent pictures at infinity out the window after sunset, so low light sensitivity is pretty good.

There is another app on the Logitech site called "Camera Settings". It works on my Mac but doesn't have the same feature range as the Logi Capture app.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.14
