Hello, I ordered a base M1 MacBook Air on November 27th. The first day of my delivery date window was today, but it is still processing, not even preparing to ship. Any ideas why? And will I get my MacBook on time?
The pandemic has caused manufacturing, supply, parts shortages. Many employees are at home. No, this is not what "normal" was last year - but apparently is now.
I know, but is this normal?

As we are all other users here, we cannot answer your question. We do not work for Apple and have no insight into their shipping/supply processes.
You will need to check with Apple. Don't forget the current pandemic - it is creating havoc with everything and nothing is as it used to be.
