My iPhone charger is damaged can I get a new one for free?

You could only get a replacement under warranty if:

Your iPhone is still under warranty, and
The damage was caused by a manufacturing defect

Is your iPhone still under warranty?

Did your charger come, originally, with your iPhone?

If your charger was actually damaged, rather than non-functional without any damage, you would have needed to have purchased AppleCare+ with your iPhone and its accessories.
