Once an item enters the download queue, the user cannot remove it. You'll need to work through the iTunes Store customer service department page and hope they can help. Make sure that no spam blocker, in your email application or on your email account, is filtering out emails from Apple. If you're certain nothing is being blocked, try sending your query again.
Note that the terms of sale state that all sales are final, so there may not be anything they can do to help you.
