I have limited data allowance for peak periods but better for off-peak. Can I schedule Apple TV movies and shows to downloads during off peak times?

Downloads for offline viewing I’m really interested in getting an Apple TV and was wondering if is possible to download movies and series for offline viewing on apps like Disney+, Amazon Prime Video and Netflix

unfortunately you can not schedule downloads on any apple device
