Auto capitalization not working on safari

the auto capitalization for the first word of a sentence and also for 'i' is not working

Auto capitalization is broken When inserting text in the middle of a sentence the first letter is capitalized by the system. Before Auto Capitalization worked correctly, only after a period or starting on new line. It’s very annoying. I realize that auto-capitalization can be entirely disabled in the keyboard settings. Just hoping that something that has worked fine in the past can work again in the future.

The letters S and C on the Safari Google Search Bar Same problem as earlier poster. Whenever I type the letters sc on the Safari Google Search Bar, these letters disappear. So I can't write words like "science," "school," or "Scott." Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

Howdy,

In System Preferences > Keyboard > Text, insure [√] Capitalize words automatically is checked.

Then in Safari, Edit > Spelling and Grammar > Check Spelling While Typing.
