Apple Pencil is not connecting with iPad Pro

Please suggest me the steps to connect the Apple Pencil with iPad Pro. I keep my Apple Pencil in charging whole day. I update my iPad Pro. I do the step of forget my device in Bluetooth settings also. I do everything that is instructed online video even then I am unable to connect it with my iPad pro

Perhaps this is a Faulty Device?

Take this back to the seller, and see if you can return it , and get a new one. If it is Apple, then contact them. Go Here: What is the Warranty on this Pencil? - Apple Support. As it reads: The Apple Pencil is covered by Apple's 1 year limited warranty for accessories.
