Hello,
I've been trying to download/install Big Sur for a week now but every time I try to do so, I get a pop-up
with ' the update not found'. Is there anybody who can help me with this one?

I hate to disappoint you but, The Late 2013 iMac was built until Oct 2015, so no, it won't run Big Sur.
If you have a 2014 or later iMac try downloading Big Sur from the App Store while in Safe Mode.
I seem to remember at least one person in the Netherlands that installed Big Sur. Which mac do you have? Model, year, etc?
Unfortunately, it did not work. I booted my Mac in safe mode and when I try to download Big Sur it stills says the software is
not available. Strange. Or could it be that this version is not yet launched in The Netherlands? According to the internet it was....
And just another reply from me. I found out that my Mac was build early 2015 (model 2013). I saw on the internet that Big Sur is
available for Mac from mid 2014. So shouldn't mine be ok for Big Sur?

I now found out, that I have this one
iMac (27-inch, Late 2013)
I bought it half 2015.. so that's why I was confused... It probably has to do with the fact that my Mac is ' too old' ... Sorry for that
and sorry for bothering you with my questions. Now I understand why I could not download it.
