How do I stop all subscriptions to take my card off my phone

Taking card off your phone will be difficult if not impossible.
Under your Apple ID in the Settings, you'll have the option to look at your Subscriptions. Subscriptions that you specifically set up on your Apple ID can be disabled through this. Keep in mind that subscriptions set up outside of that sphere will need to be manually found and shut off through those services or through your bank.
