I no longer have any apps that cost money! I’ve deleted everything on this phone! Please correct this as soon as possible, Thank you

You need to remove ANY subscriptions that are probably tied to the apps you've deleted. Subscriptions can be found under your account on the phone. Go to settings, your ID at the top clicking on it, and the the subscriptions line, select and review.

Also, SCREAMING at those trying to help you here will get you NO HELP.
