I have received a couple phone calls saying my iCloud account has been breeches and not to use any of my apple products. Is this a scam?
Yes. Apple doesn't call people unless they reach out first.

they called my landline every 2 minutes until i disconnected the line. not falling for it. but like to know if this is a true deal or just a scam. hello, anybody?

The customer contacts Apple first; this includes by filing a repair request, buying an item, or posting on these boards.
