Signing up requires using your Apple ID account and password.

If you received a message out this, then verify its authenticity. Do not use links in questionable messages.

Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
