unable to sync messages between macbook pro and iphone
I'm getting messages on my iphone but they aren't transferring over to my new MacBook pro. When I go to preferences on Messages the option to Sync is not clickable. Any suggestions?

You'll also want to ensure that Messages is properly configured on your iPhone, with a check mark by both your phone number and an Apple ID email under Settings > Messages > Send & Receive.
