When I go to Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding all I see is a spinning wheel. I use iPhone 12 Pro Max with iOS 14.2.1.
Before it's suggested to me - yes, I saw threads that suggests that I should disable LTE (example https://discussions.apple.com/thread/251596991). The issue is that I do not see any setting related to LTE on my phone.
