Releasing a new show. Question about hiding it before release.

Releasing a new show. Does having uploading but having it hidden weeks before premiering disqualify it from being new and noteworthy when released?

TV app show details? I used to be able to see details about a TV series or movie from the Up Next section of the TV app (by long-pressing, or clicking the "..." button). Now my only options are to play the content, Share..., Remove from Up Next, or Mark Episode as Watched (for series). How can I find out how long a movie or episode is, or how many episodes are left in a series, etc.?
