You have several options:

You can use the TV app on your TV if its a supported model of TV that has access to the TV app.

Use an Apple TV box, supported model of Roku or Amazon Fire streaming device and connect it to your TV.

Use your Mac, or iOS device and use an HDMI adapter to connect it to your TV.

Apple TV Hardware Output:

I see you've posted in Apple TV Hardware, so to get the output, you would plug in the power adapter, and then plug in the Apple TV to the television using an HDMI cable. The HDMI input port on the television would likely be accessed through the I/O button on the television itself or the remote control.
