Demanding to force quit just about everything

I need help fixing my Mac. It keeps crashing, and locking up programs so I end up having to unplug. I ran a etrecheck, so I was hoping for some suggestions. Any help?

  1. CleanMyMac has infested your iMac. You need to completely uninstall it as per the developers instructions.
  2. You have a lot of third party software set to open at login and not enough RAM. You need to run less third party app's at the same time and/or add a couple of RAM modules in the empty slots.
