Accidentally marked all and moved to junk instead of marked as read

I have had this problem for awhile now, and I know I cannot be the only one. Awhile back, Apple released an update (I can't remember which one) which placed the "Mark as read" just below the "Move to junk" options in Mail. Since then I have, on more than ten occasions, accidentally moved my entire inbox (6 different email accounts, well over 30k emails) to junk. Upon doing so, I have also selected to undo the move, but nothing happens when I select this. What can I do to restore my inboxes?
