I purchased my Beats Solo Pro from Best Buy. I told him I needed to use them on the airplane to plug-in for in-flight movies and such. They said I needed a lightning by 3.5 mm adapter cord. I purchased insignia brand because that is all that they had and it doesn’t work. Do you have to have the Apple brand cord or is it not possible with these headphones headphone
