Prime Video will not load on my AppleTV. It used to - but now channel logo just appears but it never loads past that

Try this for any misbehaving app:

• Force-quit the app, then relaunch and try again.
• If the issue persists, restart the device, then relaunch and try again.
• If the issue persists, delete the app, re-download and try again.
• If the issue still persists, then contact the app developer for further assistance.

Please unplug the Apple TV from the power source for about 2 minutes. Then restart and re-attempt. If you continue to have an issue, please try the following in the order listed:

• Restart your modem
• Restart your router
• Restart the Apple TV
