message on screen : Apple/support/ipod
I have a old Ipod that doesnt seem to start up I get a screen message "www:apple/support/ipod" the a graphic of the an Ipod and an triangle with a ! in it
The hard drive has probably failed. See If you see a red X icon on your iPod classic or iPod nano (5th generation or earlier) - Apple Support. You might consider swapping out the drive with some form of SD adaptor kit.
