I cant update my phone

Charge the battery, then leave it connected to the charge circuit.

Turn off the Low Power Mode.

Connect to a WiFi network.

Attempt the update again.

Well, "borrow" a wifi network from your friends, or ask for help at an Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider explaining your problem (as already stated, a wifi connection is mandatory to update an iPhone).

You need an WiFi connection (not personal hotspot) to update your device.

Also, plug it into power.

I don’t have WiFi, it’s only mobile data
