By "headphones" are you referring to EarPods, AirPods, or something else? Were they damaged accidentally or from normal use? How long ago did you purchase your iPhone 11 and did you get these headphones at the same time? Did you elect to purchase an AppleCare+ plan with this phone?
EarPods bought in July w phone yes I have AppleCare
Just the regular ones that came with the phone they were accidentally ran over
