Hi, I would like to know if I can turn my iPhone (11 Pro, iOS 14.2) mouse? To use it on the 27 ″ iMac (macOS 10.15.7).

Without having to download application on the App Store!

No. There is no native support for that.

Just buy a cheap USB or Bluetooth mouse.
