Apple TV Rebate

I purchased a new Macbook air, but never got my year of Apple TV. Everything I read says it's supposed to be automatic... Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a resolution?

It is not automatic. Users have to redeem the offer and sign up for it in order to get it. It is a subscription service, that you would enter voluntarily and consciously.

Read here how to redeem: Apple TV+ - One Year Offer - Apple

Be sure to redeem within the first 3 months of having your new Apple device, or the offer might expire. Terms and conditions for the offer.

If you qualify, and if you did as described in the guide, and you still do not get to see the year offer, then contact Apple Support. They can assist in getting you the service, if needed using activation codes.
