How do I send 60 blind emails, all with the same 2-page pdf and same subject line?

You'll probably need to use a third party bulk email service. Most consumer level email server providers/ISPs would likely consider such a mailing as spam.
Maybe break up the mailing into several smaller emails.
If your ISP allows such a mailing create a group containing all the recipient email addresses and send the email to the group using the BCC field.
