This bypass dosent work anymore. Every time people in Ireland figure out a work around it seems to be blocked by Apple. Either accept Eircodes or disable postcode option if registering in Ireland.
Hi, no I had been looking for answer on how to sort it and I seen so had many others, I manage to figure it out by just leaving it blank by chance and it worked, so I thought I'd let others know is all, that's what worked for me!......thank anyways :)

From our understanding, it sounds like you’re unable to change your address for your Apple ID due to an invalid post code. We’d be happy to help get you pointed in the right direction!
If you’re unable to change the post code, and receive a message that it’s invalid, we’d recommend that you Contact Apple Support.
