Where do I put the numbers to start pairing manually?

Trying to update and pair my watch, message gives 5 numbers and says use this name to select your Apple Watch for pairing. I have no idea what that means

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 14

Tap on that name and you will be given a 6 number code that you enter on the phone.
