Depending on your iPhone's present iOS.
And if you actually have and use a macOS

You can see if the phone is updated to last
supported version in its System. ~ IF that's
not upgradeable to latest (iOS 14.x) it'd stick
OK for awhile at iOS 13.7. Some user's other
older devices or macOS, won't hand-off later.
