iPhone 12 no text sound when locked. 14.2.1

No text sound when phone locked. And yes, I’ve done all the obvious things.

Settings, notifications, messages. All alerts are all on. Alert tone is selected.

Reset phone.

Still no text sound when phone on Lock Screen. But when phone is opened there is a text sound.

Any one else?

Iphone 13 no message tone on lock screen I recently upgraded to the iphone 13 a few weeks ago and everything was working fine until last week. I wasn't getting any notification sounds when my phone is locked. Everything is turn on so I'm not too sure what it could be. Anybody else having the same issues?
