How can I enlarge the photo icons?

There is no way to change this other than viewing large preview images by category using the category menu near the top center of the initial app page when the app is launched.

What do you mean by “photo icons”?

The image previews in the Photos app? or iOS Home screens icons?

The previews on the app. They are too small to select without individually viewing each one
