Hi
I’m in Europe for a few months but I would like to buy a new iPhone in New York where I live. I would like to order it online and ask a friend to pick up it in New York before he travels to Europe for the holidays. Is that possible? Does he need any documents from me to pick up it?

To pick up your items in an Apple Store, you will need to bring the order number and a valid government-issued photo ID. If you have designated an alternative pickup contact, they will need to bring the order number and a valid government-issued photo ID.
