Right AirPod not working

This morning my AirPods were working normally. I went to charge them and I put my right AirPod on and it wasn’t connecting. I tried connecting the AirPods to other devices and only the right one does not work/connect. I tried removing it from my device on Bluetooth. I even reset them and also turned off my phone and it still doesn’t work. I don’t know what else to do.
