Some of my photos are missing on my photo roll after uploading to Walgreens to order pictures. There are now black squares where they used to be. How can I get them back?

Yes I start to notice my picture deleted I realized my iPhone has hacking someone add their certificates in my iPhone thought by apple book by iOS without use my iPhone 7 plus and now whoever control lock my iPhone sim plus iCloud e mail address too. They won’t let me sign up anything I try to download app on my own iPhone.. it make me mad and call my carries but never fix my lock sim. Now I hate hacking and GitHub .. they has no respect to accessing my personal information
