Apps Access to microphone

I’m trying to give a number of different apps access to my microphone. (Teams, Sonos etc) When I go to settings, privacy, microphone, no apps are listed. How do I get them on the list to then give them access?

Settings > Teams / Sonos > Microphone [Check if it is enabled]

If you do not see it, then you need to delete the app and re-install.
