Apps Crashing After iOS Upgrade

Every app I use closes arbitrarily since the weekend upgrade. I restored Chrome but twenty tabs are gone. I have to reopen each one after research.

AOL email closes. Duck Duck Go closes. My bank app closes. Messages and iPhone, etc.

Ecery app is current. I’m not happy about this. My iPad doesn’t crash.
