I can't log into Apple icloud mail to get a message to unlock my account

To unlock iCloud account I have an issue with signing with my account, it showing that I should unlock the account by sending an email to it, mean time i can't login to email due to it's lock, [Email Edited by Moderator]

Unlock Apple ID my apple id is locked and uses @icloud.com mail. when i try to unlock my apple id, icloud sends unlock e-mail to my @icloud.com mail account. so i also can not access to mya mail account. how to solve it.

I don't remember the answers to security questions, and unblocking is sent to the mail, but I can't log in because my account is blocked
