I’ve bought an Apple Pencil 2nd for cristmas gift and I wonder if it is compatible with ipad a2197 / 7th generation. Have anyone tried this combination?
I am afraid that I have to change the pencil to a 1st generation.
For the iPad 7th gen you need to use 1st gen pencil, the 2nd gen pencil will not work.
It does clearly state this on the apple website
