I was told I have liquid damage on my phone and now I cannot access it with my password ever since the phone has been turned since some keys are working and some aren't. I would like to change the pin to some keys that are working or even remove the pin in my settings. Is that possible through my account online? If so, how do I proceed? Thanks

We understand that you are unable to unlock your iPhone because liquid damage has made it impossible to enter the passcode as some of the keys are not working.
