iPhone is not working properly

Hello.

I have iPhone 11 pro. I bought it in june and I have problems with battery. I tried to use support for battery and performance but I couldn't find my country there. I am from Georgia, Tbilisi. Can you tell me if there is any chance to send my device to service center and how to do it.
