I want to cancel a $.99 charge billed monthly on my old phone. I have a new iphone. Don't need the charge every month. How do I cancel if I can't contact anyone through itunes store?

For iCloud storage? If so, cancel by downgrading to the free 5GB plan. See instructions in: Downgrade or cancel your iCloud storage plan - Apple Support
