Where on my Mac book pro do I find how much memory it has and how much I have used so far?

You can see how much memory is on your Mac at Apple menu > About this Mac > Overview but the "how much I have used so far" makes me suspect that you are asking about storage rather than memory. Storage information is at Apple menu > About this Mac > Storage.
