Safari does not load a frame

I am using safari 14.0.1 but I had this problem on previous versions too. The high level issue is that when I visit a page that uses frames the page loads but when I change a setting using a radial button the part of the frame that is affected goes blank. The specific page I have trouble with is the client Schwab performance page. I cleared the cache and cookies as recommended but that did not help. I don't have extensions or add blocking software installed. The page works properly on firefox.

Safari instantly closes tabs opened with cmd+shift+t in tabs group Hi, suddenly Safari started to immediately close tabs I reopened using cmd+shift+t in my tabs groups on my MacBook Air. It still works fine in the main tab group on Safari (the one that cannot be deleted and is always there). I created two tabs groups that are synced between my laptop and iPhone. When I use cmd+shift+t in any of these groups, the recently closed tabs reopens for a second and then disappears instantly without any option to reopen it. Using Cmd+shift+t again reopens the tab closed before, but this new one disappears immediately as well... Any suggestions how to solve this issue?

Is somebody else experiencing difficulties to navigate with Safari after latest macOS Ventura update? Is somebody else experiencing difficulties to navigate with Safari after latest macOS Ventura Version 13.0.1 update? Pages just don't load. I erased the cookies, history, everything and still nothing. Thank you!
