receipts from apple when paying with the apple cash credit card
We bought an iPad, a keyboard and a pencil paying with Apple's credit card. Now we need a receipt for those items. How do we get one?

We didn't, it was from apple. Thanks, we ended up calling and getting the receipts emailed to us.
