Link appears to be broken. Does anyone have any ideas how to get this to work again?

Big Sur, Mojave or any other link doesn't download the file for the OS. Is it just met or is anyone else?
Thanks for your response. I did try using only Safari to download. I do have the pop up blocking function on so maybe that is my issue?
The links to download the desired macOS MUST be done via Only Safari which will open the Apple Apps Store. Doing with FF or Chrome will not work.
